SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.Mining machinery bearings
The working conditions and external environment of crushers, vibrating screens, sorting machines, rotarydryers, pelletizers, sintering machines, and grinding machines are extremely harsh. Therefore, the bearingsused in these machines are required to be very sturdy, and the ability to compensate for shaft deviationand misalignment is strong. Crusher bearings are subjected to high forces and harsh working conditions so self-aligning roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are often used.
The crushing force, flywheel weight, and centrifugal force of the jaw crusher and the pull rod crusher are all transmitted through an eccentric shatt and then borne by an agnng roeI Jear aegfl/r ehncrin rc lovternalof the rotary crusher and the cone crusher is transmitted through two cylindrical roller bearings (external bearings) and one aligning roller bearing (middle bearing).Due to the harsh working environment and shaftdeflection deformation, self-aligning roller bearings are suitable for rotor bearings of single and double stagehammer crushers.

2.Bucket wheel excavator bearing
The bucket wheel is supported by large self-aligning rollerbearings, which can transmit heavy loads and automaticallycompensate for large alignment errors caused by the spatialrelationship between fixed bearings and movable bearings. Therequirements for the arrangement of these bearings include: beingable to withstand drastic temperature changes, long service life, sealing ability to resist soil, moisture, dust and sand invasion, easy tomaintain quickly, installation time saving, and cost saving.

3.Bearings for wind power generation equipment
The power of the new wind power generation equipment hasexceeded 3MW This requires bearings to be able to withstand heavyloads, oscillations, and vibrations. In situations where medium loadsrequire a particularly long operating life and the ability to adjust thecenter, self-aligning roller bearings are mainly used.

4.Paper industry bearings
In modern large-scale papermaking machinery, various specificationsand models of rolling bearings are widely used. In order to avoid lossescaused by downtime, the bearings used must have high working reliability.
Large self-aligning roller bearings with high motion accuracy areusually used on the rollers inside the paper machine. The bearing holes areconical or cylindrical, and the inner ring of the self-aligning roller bearingwith outer ring movement has lubrication holes. The self-aligning rollerbearing with high rotation accuracy or large clearance is used for highrotation speed;
The bearings on the press roller should have the ability to compensatefor centering errors and high load-bearing capacity, which is why the useof self-aligning roller bearings is necessary. Labyrinth seals should be usedin damp parts to avoid water splashing. The roller sleeve of controllablemedium and high rollers is also supported by self-aligning roller bearings, which need to have higher rotational accuracy, increased clearance, andlubrication holes in the inner ring.
The typical working conditions of a paper machine drying cylinder are high working temperature andthermal expansion of the drying cylinder. Self aligning roller bearings are generally used as fixed bearings.lf the working width of the drying cylinder is less than 5m, self aligning roller bearings that can move axiallyin the bearing seat can also be used as its floating bearings. In paper making equipment, self-aligning rollerbearings are usually used for the finishing section and hot grinding rollers. Due to high temperatures, thistype of bearing increases the clearance, and sometimes tapered hole bearings are used.

5.Petrochemical machinery bearings
The working environment in the petrochemical industry isheavily polluted and operates under high load and high-speedconditions. Providing high load-bearing capacity self-aligning rollerbearings can meet the most demanding operating conditions ofmachinery, extend its service life, improve production efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.

6.Bearings for steelmaking and rolling mill equipment
The bearings on steelmaking and rolling mill equipment must withstandvery large loads, and the working temperature is quite high, and they canalso be contaminated. Therefore, only by adding some special designs tostandard rolling bearings can they adapt to such working environments.
7.Converter bearing
Converter bearings need to withstand large loads and impacts, and largepartial or integral self-aligning roller bearings can meet these requirements.
8.Rolling mill drive bearing
Self aligning roller bearings are commonly used in the transmissionpart of rolling mills, and rolling bearings are used in seamless steel pipe coldrolling mills; Tapered hole self-aligning roller bearings can be used on workrolls. In order to adapt to the special internal structure of this machinery, thistapered hole bearing uses a special structure inside.

9.Roller frame bearing
In order to withstand significant radial loads, four or double rowcylindrical roller bearings should be selected, followed by deep grooveball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, double row tapered rollerbearings, thrust tapered roller bearings, or thrust self-aligning rollerbearings to withstand axial forces. When using four or double rowtapered rollers as radial bearings, no additional thrust bearings arerequired. When the requirement for axial guidance accuracy is not highand the speed is low, the roller sheet is often supported by self-aligningroller bearings.

10.Mechanical bearings for road builders and excavators
Road rollers, concrete compactors, vibration motors, dynamichammers, and compactors all generate mechanical vibration duringoperation. During operation, these machines have a biased excitationshaft that runs at high speed. The self-aligning roller bearings on thesoil head of tunnel excavators can ensure the bearing capacity of thebearing arrangement on the soil cutting head. The self aligning rollerbearing on the excavator pinion can reliably withstand the force on thedriving pinion.
