China Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Pair-mounted angular contact ball bearings can bear radial and axial bidirectional combined loads dominated by radial loads, and can also bear pure radial loads. The tandem configuration can only handle axial loads in a single direction, while the other two configurations can handle axial loads in either direction.

Pair-mounted angular contact ball bearings can bear radial and axial bidirectional combined loads dominated by radial loads, and can also bear pure radial loads. The tandem configuration can only handle axial loads in a single direction, while the other two configurations can handle axial loads in either direction. This type of bearing is generally selected and combined by the manufacturer and submitted to the user. After installation, there is preload interference, and the ring and steel ball are in an axial preload state, thus improving the rigidity and rotation of the entire set of bearings as a single support.

precision.

In a back-to-back configuration, the rear-mounted designation is DB (such as 70000 C/DB), and the load lines of the bearings paired back-to-back are separated toward the bearing shaft.

Face-to-face configuration, the rear code is DF (such as 70000C/DF), and the load lines of the face-to-face paired bearings converge to the bearing shaft.

In series configuration, the rear code is DT (such as 70000C/DT). In series configuration, the load lines are parallel, and the radial and axial loads are evenly shared by the bearings.

Achieving peak performance in demanding applications requires components that can withstand extreme forces and speeds. Our advanced Angular Contact Ball Bearings are meticulously designed to provide the robust support needed for such challenging environments. The fundamental principle behind their effectiveness is the contact angle, which allows these bearings to accommodate heavy radial and one-directional axial loads concurrently. This design not only provides high stiffness but also minimizes friction and heat generation, contributing to smoother operation and higher rotational speeds. The optimized internal geometry ensures that load is distributed evenly, preventing stress concentrations and premature failure.

The application of our Angular Contact Ball Bearings is critical in sectors where failure is not an option. They are indispensable in the main spindles of CNC machining centers, where precision and high-speed capability are paramount. The automotive industry relies on them for high-performance wheel hubs and turbochargers, while the aerospace sector utilizes them in critical flight control systems. Their robust construction also makes them suitable for heavy-duty applications like wind turbines and large industrial pumps. By choosing our Angular Contact Ball Bearings, you integrate a key component that enhances the overall power density and operational reliability of your equipment.

Our dedication to innovation and quality is embedded in every bearing we produce. We utilize state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and superior materials to ensure that each Angular Contact Ball Bearing meets the highest standards of durability and precision. The selection of the correct cage design and lubrication further tailors the bearing's performance to specific operational needs, whether for high-speed or high-load scenarios. When you specify our Angular Contact Ball Bearings, you are not just selecting a component; you are investing in a solution engineered for superior performance, reduced maintenance, and long-term cost savings.
